Your customers, age 16-24, are searching social media first!

The new generation of web-browsing –> social media first! If you didn’t know before, the younger generation is looking to social media first as a resource for information from businesses. Your business NEEDS to have a social media management plan. People are looking to solve problems, share reviews (good or bad), and interact with customer service on your social media sites. Remember, your response – your QUICK response- to good or bad reviews will greatly effect the returning of your younger customer. Many people don’t like bad reviews or complaints on their sites, but I say look at it as a way to improve- your suggestion box in a way. Always answer your bad reviews and find a way to remedy the problem.
